“I have been privileged to serve as the Chapter’s Vice President for the past two years. I am honored once again, to be nominated to serve as Chapter Vice President of SHRM-LI. For most of 2020, the HR community faced many challenges due to COVID-19, yet our chapter leaders, their committees, as well as our sponsors, have continued to support our membership with creative, informative, and thoughtprovoking information, delivered through digital platforms rather than meeting in person. I am so very proud of what the chapter has achieved!” For the past 20 years, I have been an active part of the SHRM-LI community, and lucky to have worked alongside so many creative, intelligent, and dedicated HR Professionals. Throughout my career, I have been inspired, mentored, and coached by the best in HR. All my encounters along the way are what led me to pursue a career in Human Resources and I am so happy I did! As an HR Professional and member of the SHRM-LI Executive Board, my goal is to continue to engage and listen to our SHRM-LI Membership so that we can find ways to execute new and challenging programs, activities and technology that will continue to contribute to the success of the Chapter and meet the goals and expectations of our members. I am excited about what lies ahead and thank you for the opportunity once again
