We are excited to announce the launch of the HR L.E.A.D. Mentoring Program for Spring 2025 (February-August), exclusively for our Long Island Chapter members! This program offers a unique opportunity to "Learn, Empower, Advance, and Develop" within our HR community.
As HR professionals, we recognize the transformative power of mentorship. Our program is designed to support the growth of future HR leaders while fostering strong relationships and facilitating valuable, two-way learning experiences. Whether you choose to volunteer as a Mentor or participate as a Mentee, you will play a crucial role in enhancing professional development, building confidence, and creating pathways for career advancement.

Program Director, Betsy Jacob
Betsy Jacob in her current role at Sage Solutions, works with organizations of all sizes to provide dedicated and seamless Human Resource solutions.
She holds her bachelor’s degree from Boston University and master's from NYIT. She also holds both SPHR and GPHR designations from the Human Resources Certification Institute & SHRM-SCP from the Society of Human Resource Management.
