This presentation will focus on the benefits of creating a culture of mentoring and how to execute on that. This will include a discussion on how to begin with a small mentoring program and steps needed to create a global program. We will focus on building a strategy, selection and engagement of a vendor, how to scale a mentoring program, and of course, how to keep a program strong in any organization.
